What can be returned?
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we will offer you a repair, refund for faulty items only, store credit or replacement.. All items are thoroughly inspected for defects prior to shipping.
Returns will NOT be accepted for customers changing their mind after receiving there purchase.
You should contact us immediately (within 10 days) if you believe there is an error and deem it necessary to return the item. If the product is defective, damaged or has faults, please email us email@example.com with photos to speed up the process. Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.

Shipping costs for returns?
Sassy Kat will only pay return shipping if the item is deemed faulty, returns for incorrect sizing purchased is at the buyers expense.
Credit for returns?
Once your item is received on the same condition as sent, Sassy Kat will either send out a replacement where possible or apply a store credit to,your account. Refunds will only be provided for faulty items.
If the return item is a homewares product please ensure it is sent back in its original packaging.
